Alts in NationStates

Are they actually allowed or not? I didn't see any mention of it in the rules or FAQ. I might create an alt if it's allowed.

I have more than one nation. Can they all join the WA?
No. While you can have as many nations as you like, only one may be a World Assembly member at any one time.
Taken directly from the FAQ. I have five, two of which (tssk) are in the WA.
